Insurance Process

Roof Inspection
We’ll inspect your roof first. If there’s no damage, we’ll let you know. If damage is found, we’ll proceed to the next step.
File the Claim
Once damage is confirmed, file your insurance claim. Inform us when the adjuster will inspect your roof.
Adjuster Appointment Set
We’ll coordinate with you to ensure the adjuster appointment is scheduled and prepared for.
Adjuster & CVR LLC Meeting
We’ll attend the meeting with the adjuster to ensure all components of the damage are accounted for.
Roofing Advisor Reviews & Advises
Our roofing advisor will review the adjuster’s findings and provide expert advice on next steps.
Receive the Estimate Letter & Check
Forward the full estimate to cvr@corevaluesrestoration.com for review and approval.
Estimate Approved
Once the estimate is approved, we’ll move forward with the installation process.
First Insurance Check
Provide the first insurance check, your deductible, and payment for any upgrades to start the installation process.
